The studio is available for rent for sports activities, movement, yoga, pilates, dance, private training, groups, workshops, lectures, and events. You can rent by the hour or on a regular monthly/annual basis at a tailored price.

Important Terms & Conditions (The Fine Print):
- Time Management: Rental time includes setup, organization, and cleanup at the end. The studio must be vacated exactly at the scheduled time.
- Overtime: Any delay of more than 7 minutes beyond the booked time will be charged as an additional half-hour of rental.
- Cancellations: Bookings can be canceled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance at no charge. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours will incur a full charge.
- Responsibility & Damages: The renter is responsible for the integrity of the studio and its equipment. Any damage caused to the premises or equipment during the rental period will be charged at the cost of repair or replacement. Use of the studio and its facilities is at the renter’s sole responsibility.
- Payment Method: Payment must be made in advance at the time of booking (via Bit / Bank Transfer / Cash). A booking is considered confirmed only after payment or a deposit is received.
- Order & Cleanliness: It is the renter’s responsibility to return the space clean and organized. Lights and air conditioners must be turned off before leaving.
- Food & Drinks: Food and beverages may be consumed in the lobby area only. Only bottled water is permitted inside the dance hall.
- No Smoking or Alcohol: Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited throughout the entire studio premises.
